I had the windshield on my Ford Explorer Sport Trac replaced at Ryan's Auto Glass Downtown office on 2-25-2008. The staff was very courteous and accomodating. Co-manager Norm took my initial call for the replacement windshield and facilitated the filing of the insurance claim in a very professional manner. He also scheduled an appointment for me to have the work completed later the same day. When I arrived at the business, I was greeted by another employee who immediately asked whether I had scheduled an appointment. After confirming that I had done so, he immediately took my vehicle into the shop and completed the replacement promptly and neatly. I was very satisfied with the service that I received from Ryan's Auto Glass and I commend the staff for their courtesy and professionalism.

Dear Ryan's Auto Glass in Penn Hills,
I just wanted to drop you a note, I wanted you to know what a great job your guys did today. I had the unfortunate occasion to need a new windshield today as my dog decided to put her head in it. Because of what I'm doing these days, I was not at home and not at all available all day. I called the Penn Hills store and spoke to Duane, I provided him the details, he checked and fortunately you had my windshield in stock. They were able to get it done before I got back home this evening. Absolutely first class! Duane and the boys should be commended. Please give them my thanks.

Dear Ryan's Auto Glass,
I wanted to let you know how extremely pleased I was with your windshield replacement and the process. I had called my insurance company on Monday and your mobile unit was able to come to my house on Tuesday to replace my windshield.
I wish I had gotten the technician's name that came to my house. He was outstanding. He was so professional and he explained the replacement process very well. And when he was finished, he explained my warranty, instructions and care for the next several days, and how to contact you if I get a chip in my windshield in the future.
I was impressed at your level of service and professionalism. I am going to send State Farm a note to let them know what a great experience I had with your company. And I will certainly recommend Ryan's Auto Glass to my friends and family.

Dear Ryan's Auto Glass,
Thank you for replacing my daughter's windshield in her Trailblazer last week at a reduced cost since she had a high deductible. When she got married, they changed to a higher deductible to save money. Now that it is replaced she can go back down to a lower deductible for future stone cracks.
Her husband said the installer did a good job and was a nice guy. It made it even easier that you replaced it at their home. They are very pleased with Ryan's Auto Glass.
Your representative Linda Fraser is such a delightful person and always leaves us smiling when she stops in to visit. She has convinced us all that Ryan's does superior work and installs windshields properly. After I attended a Continuing Education Class given by Ryan's at Conley's on Rt. 8, I realize how important it is to have the windshield installed properly. We will continue to use and recommend Ryan's Auto Glass.

Dear Mark,
As you know, I lost my windshield to some flying gravel on my vacation. I wanted to let you know that I was completely satisfied with the work that Ryan's Auto Glass on Rodi Rd. did on a replacement. I had a Saturday 9/9/06 appointment at 9:00am after checking with them the day before. Their work was fast and very well done. My Ez-Pass transponder, oil sticker, inspection stickers and rear view mirror all turned up in their proper places on the new windshield, and their was no evidence at all of any work being done. Further, the staff took care of the insurance claim form and a phone call to the State Farm agent. Obviously, they are experienced.
One could easily dismiss all this as merely good business on their part. However, in insurance work, they could probably be a lot less friendly and capable and still be successful. I think their work and attitude speaks well for the company and I am pleased to say thanks to them. I think you are working with a first-class outfit.
